What we collect

Signup details you submit through the founding-group form
Availability, location area, and intent information used for pilot shaping
Admin-auth session data used to secure the operator dashboard
Issue reports submitted through the support form

How we use it

To evaluate founding-group fit and local balance
To operate the pilot and review early product health
To respond to safety, trust, or bug reports
To improve the product before broader launch

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information
We do not expose private admin-only data publicly
We do not claim this pilot has the full compliance infrastructure of a mature platform

Data handling

This pilot currently stores data in a small application database used for internal review and product operations. As the product matures, infrastructure and policy controls will become more formalized.
